CANADA POST service changes due to COVID-19 outbreaks
The Canada post parcel delivery is running normal with implementing "a Knock, Drop and Go approach", and we are experiencing some delivery delays in recent shipments. Please check Canada post website for more details and newest updates in your shipping address area before ordering. Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance.
IN-STORE PICK UP important note **This is NOT a curbside pick-up. Orders must be picked up in the store. Please choose Canada post shipping if you won't be able to come in the store. Sorry for any inconvenience.** **The shipping address's input is still required to process. If you are out of BC and ask someone who are in BC to pick up your order, please provide the person's address. All In-store pickup will be subjected with the sales tax 12% in BC.**
- In-Store Pickup order will be processed as regular online order, it may take 2-3 business days to be available for pickup. - “Ready to Pickup” notice will be emailed when order becomes available at the sore. - Order items will be ready in a plastic shopping bag, not regular shipping packing or box available. - As In-Store pickup order is ready by online department, the store clerk will provide only PACKED order. They will not open the packing to check and not accept for exchange at the time of your pick-up. If you need an assistance to return or exchange, please contact online customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org - We do products inspection piece by piece for any online orders, and breakages may be occurred after picked-up is beyond our control. For that reasons, breakage will not be considered for items retrieved by picked-up. -If you are unable to pick up within 7days from "Ready to pick up" notice, please email us. If no show and no contact 7 days after the notice, your order will be canceled and 30% restocking fee will be applied. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Expedited parcel is the most standard service with cost effective and guaranteed delivery with tracking. Canada post tracking notification email will let you track your parcel timely! - Sorry, not accepting orders to ship to outside of Canada through the online shopping.
