*Higher gas prices impacted on shipping fee 
Canada post applies a fuel surcharge on parcel service, and they are adjusting it weekly -up/down- as fuel prices change. We are curretly experiecing apprx. 30% fuel surcharges on domestic services. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging period.

General order information

- All item numbers, prices, availability are valid ONLY for orders through UTSUWA-NO-YAKATA Canada Online shop. *Online shop is operating separately from the retail store at Aberdeen centre. Inventory and availabilities are different. 
- The prices listed are in Canadian Dollars and may change without notice.
- All photos, measurements, and information provided are intended to represent actual product likeness to our best ability. However, images can appear differently depending on the viewer's screen display and browser’s settings. Glaze tones and accenting of patterns can vary across and within batches.
- We usually ship orders within 2-3 business day (no weekend/stat holiday ship out). It should arrive within 3-10 business days (within Canada) from the receipt of your order. We cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped within 2-3 days during the high volume season.
- Please note we are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to inclement weather, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
- Once your order has been shipped, you are not able to cancel your order.
- Placing order indicates your acceptance of our Return policy.
- All sale items and special deal items(**SP) are FINAL, no exchange and no return.

- Checkout as guest option is also available.

Shipping

- Orders are shipped via Canada Post from our online department in Richmond BC.
- The shipping fee will be estimated by your total ordered weight and size through Canada Post calculator.
- Shipping type Expedited parcel is only the option at this moment. Expedited parcel is the most standard service with cost effective and guaranteed delivery with tracking. 

- Please note, we are not responsible for shipping delays while your parcel is in transit due to inclement weather, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
- Sorry, not accepting orders to ship to outside of Canada through the online shopping. However, we may assist them case by case. More detail, please contact us at info@utsuwa.ca.

Payment options

- We accept Visa, Master card (via PayPal without a PayPal account) or with PayPal account payment.
- The orders will only be accepted on receipt of cleared funds.

- Sales tax will be added according to the Province where an order ship to.
