If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund.
Please contact us within 7days of receipt of the merchandise to obtain RMA# (Return merchandise authorization number). No returns will be accepted without this number.
Returned item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition.
All sale items and special deal items(**SP marked) are FINAL, no exchange and no return.
Shipping fee and Gift wrapping fee are non-refundable.
Please return all items (include packing slip with RMA#) by shipping with insurance and tracking, and keep your receipt.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping. If upon return, items are found to be damaged, they will not be accepted and credited.
You are responsible for the return postage.
We will refund to your original payment option upon receiving the returned product in its original condition.
Return or exchange for In-Store Pickup order also needed to contact online customer service at email@example.com. Please note, the store clerk will not open the packing to check your order or not accept for exchange at the time of your pick-up.
BREAKAGE OR DISCREPANCIES
All claims of broken or wrong items must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Please contact us to obtain RMA#. We cannot be responsible for claims after 3 days. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep all items and packaging in its original state as delivered for future inspection by carrier.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Any package that is refused or undeliverable for any reason will incur both the original and the additional return shipping charges. When the package is received back, credit will be given for the purchase price excluding both shipping charges.
